Here is what the Spokesman Review said on their website:
After months of not functioning, the clock mechanisms in the 1891 Review Tower were removed in August and sent to Spokane Clock, a small shop on North Division St. for repairs. The mechanisms needed new parts and other repairs. Once completed, employees of the Cowles Company and the staff of Spokane Clock reinstalled the clock works in the faces and put back together Friday, Nov. 2, 2018.

We repaired this a few years ago, isn't it pretty?
Original to the Golden State building in Spokane. We polished the brass and copper exterior and restored the movement and the stained glass. It is across the street from the main Post Office on Riverside.
Evaluated for repair.
Repaired this beautiful clock for the Spokesman Review.
